I charge a 50% cancellation fee within 72 hours of service and 95% within 24 hours. (This includes last minute changes of services, for example if a cut and color service is booked and then changed last minute to just a color only or vise versa a haircut only) If a client is 15 min late , a late fee will be charged and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Due to many last minute changes and cancellations I’m having to adhere to my policy with everyone. Thank you so much and I’m looking forward to our appointment together.
